Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized cauliflower (gobi), chopped into small florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
- Oil, for deep-frying
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- Add enough water to make a thick batter and mix well to avoid any lumps.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for deep-frying.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter to coat it well.
- Carefully drop the battered cauliflower into the hot oil and deep-fry until golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce. Enjoy!
