 Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower (gobi), chopped into small florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, as needed
  • Oil, for deep-frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  2. Add enough water to make a thick batter and mix well to avoid any lumps.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan for deep-frying.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter to coat it well.
  5. Carefully drop the battered cauliflower into the hot oil and deep-fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce. Enjoy!
